Position Summary:

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager is a growth generalist who will work across channels. The role is responsible for delivering and exceeding business KPIs including revenue, profitability and CAC. This should be achieved through constant ideation and rigorous testing to drive ongoing improvements within existing strategies in addition to finding new and incremental opportunities to attract new customers to Function of Beauty.

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end management from strategy and budgeting to implementation and ongoing optimization for digital channels with primary focus on driving growth goals through paid search, Google shopping, SEO as well as offline channels including podcast and external partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for monthly forecast projections, budget allocation recommendations and scenario planning across all core metrics (customers #, CAC, LTV, etc.) for each channel with primary focus on influencer channel to start
  • Track and report on overall performance vs. forecast and budget and flag incremental spend opportunities and risks throughout month
  • Monitor holistic channel performance by leveraging all attribution data sources (survey results, pixel data, etc.) and identify key issues/opportunities from tracking/ data insights
  • Work with Brand/innovation and creative to ensure that our paid programs are effectively on-brand while driving efficient performance.
  • Partner with Paid Search and Google Shopping agency
  • Collaborate with engineering to identify, test and structure key funnel opportunities and digital product concepts to drive meaningful improvements to your channel CVR
  • Manage and develop relationships with our key external media vendors


    Who you are:

    • 5+ years of hand-ons experience scaling paid digital marketing channels and platforms
    • 3+ years experience in a single channel with at least one year running multiple channels.
    • Experience in a high pace DTC environment driving to CAC goals
    • Experience with paid search and SEO to drive to CAC goals
    • Direct experience managing Google Adwords and Google Shopping campaigns
    • Direct experience developing SEO content and strategy
    • Experience with affiliate marketing
    • Offline channel experience a plus
    • Exceptional analytical skills
    • Experience in project management
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Experience in subscription model beneficial
    • Communicate key findings to both the creative team and other channel managers to share insights that could lead to cross-functional optimization
