What You'll Do:
The Creative Producer/Project Manager will assist with managing creative project requests and process, shoot productions and creative deliverables. In addition, this role will also support the overall organization and maintenance of the brand creative server and reconciling monthly budget tracking for shoots. In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in how we execute and deliver projects.
You will lead day to day processes that will assist in getting creative projects off the ground through completion, reporting into the Executive Director, Creative Operations and Production. This role requires a strong mix of creative thinking, social & digital understanding, time management, organizational skills, and most importantly an ability to keep projects on track, on budget and at the highest level of creative excellence.
The right candidate must be able to prioritize work, help organize a large volume of projects in Asana, work well under pressure, collaborate and communicate well with others. The right candidate will have a passion to learn, a love for creation and a get-it-done spirit.
- Assisting to manage timelines, budgets and workflows with in-house and outside production partners
- Manage day to day project needs and maintain Asana workflow
- Adhere to process for asset management and file sharing with internal team to be shared across cross functional partners
- Ensuring the team trends to budget for all production needs, processing invoices and supporting monthly finance close.
- Solving on-the fly production and project workflow challenges
- Helping to facilitate feedback and applicable correspondence related to approvals
- Assist Creative Producer in coordinating all agreements and payments with vendors pertaining to any in-house production needs
- Expertise in creative digital production and adept at building and maintaining processes
- Must be able to prioritize work, handle a large volume of projects and work well under pressure
- Understanding of deliverables and assets needed for Email and Social (both Paid and Organic)
What You'll Need:
- Strong knowledge/ experience with project management tool Asana and G suite applications
- Proficiency with budgeting and maintaining spreadsheets
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with others with a diplomatic and professional demeanor
- A clear understanding of the functions and challenges of an in-house creative team
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities
- Ability to track budgets & timelines
- Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to produce fast moving projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, with attention to detail
- Self motivated with an ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.
- 5+ years experience of project management experience
- Beauty experience is preferred
- Highly organized and systematic when it comes to project management
- Multi-task and prioritize workload with quick turnarounds
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
- Proficient in Asana, working with budgets/ Excel and Adobe creative suite
